Documents Required for New Trade Licence
- Photo ID proof of the applicant (Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Voter ID/Driving License).
- Address proof of the business premises (Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill/Rent Agreement).
- Copy of Property Tax receipt if the premises are owned, or No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the property owner if rented.
- In case of companies, Memorandum and Articles of Association or Partnership Deed.
- A site plan/layout plan of the business premises.

You can apply for a new Trade Licence through the official West Bengal e-District portal or by visiting the Gram Panchayat office.

Renewal of Trade Licence
