Geetanjali Housing Scheme
The Geetanjali and Amar Thikana schemes were housing initiatives by the Government of West Bengal, aimed at the Economically Weaker Section (EWS). Crucially, the 'Amar Thikana' scheme was discontinued and merged with the 'Geetanjali' scheme with effect from April 1, 2014. Therefore, the current information focuses primarily on the single scheme, now known as the Geetanjali Housing Scheme.
